FAQ's
Here's a list of some of the common questions we get asked and the answers that accompany them. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us any time.
How is your pricing determined?
Pricing is based on collection frequency and volume of waste and recyclables. Our sales representative will meet with you to discuss your needs, and service will begin at an agreed to price. Our trained staff will then measure your waste and recyclables, by volume or weight, to ensure accuracy in pricing and transparency.
Can I save money recycling?
Yes, recycling is a savings for customers. In many cases, the cost to collect recycling is less expensive than trash because there is no disposal cost. Rebates may be available for specific items as well. Contact us to evaluate your waste stream.
How often do you offer pick-ups?
Customers have unique waste and recycling needs. We work with you to create a custom schedule from 1x to 6x weekly to ensure dependable service.
